In 1934 Giuseppe Bettiol began to manage a small dairy laboratory in the heart of Roncade together with the various peasants who in turn brought milk to turn it into cheese. Since 1955 the turnaround dairy has become a dairy farm, where Giuseppe, along with his family, began to produce his cheeses.
Passion, research and experience have continued to be the thread of this story, and in 1977, his sons Franco, Paolo, Renzo and Renato succeeded his father. Past and future are interwoven: Caseificio is consolidated to open the first store in Jesolo, a seaside resort full of tourism and, after two years, decide to enter the world of pasta.
